1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the WABBALABS portal (the "portal") by customers, partners and their users. They supplement the contract between your organisation and WABBALABS; if they conflict, that contract prevails.
2. Access and accounts
- The portal is reserved for customer or partner organisations and the people they authorise. An account is created by invitation or once an access request is approved.
- Each account is personal. You share neither your password nor your second factor, and you tell us without delay about any unauthorised use.
- Two-factor authentication is mandatory for the WABBALABS team and can be required by your organisation. We recommend turning it on in any case.
- Your organisation's administrator manages its members' accounts and roles, and is responsible for removing access for people who leave the organisation.
3. Acceptable use
You use the portal for your organisation's needs, in good faith. It is forbidden to try to access other organisations' data, to get around security measures, to disrupt the service or to upload unlawful or malicious content. A vulnerability you discover is reported under our disclosure policy.
4. Content you upload
- You remain the owner of the content you upload (tickets, attachments, usage statements) and warrant that you have the right to send it to us.
- Send only the data needed to handle your request. Before sending logs or exports, remove the personal data and secrets that are not useful (passwords, API keys).
- For personal data contained in your content, WABBALABS acts as your organisation's processor, under the terms of the contract between you.
5. Downloads and licences
Downloading releases of Wabba-Sego is reserved for organisations with a current contract or an active partnership. It requires accepting the end-user licence agreement (EULA), whose accepted version is recorded. Licences delivered through the portal are specific to the installation they were issued for.
6. Confidentiality
Portal content that is not public (restricted documentation, partner resources, advisories in preparation, commercial information) is confidential: you do not share it outside your organisation without our written consent.
7. Availability and support
We make our best efforts to keep the portal available; it may be interrupted for maintenance. Support response times are those of the plan your organisation subscribed to, shown in the portal.
8. Suspension
We may suspend an account if these terms are breached, if security is at risk or at your organisation's request, and we inform the organisation's administrator.
9. Intellectual property
The portal, its content, Wabba-Sego and its documentation are protected. Their use is limited to what your contract and the EULA allow.
10. Personal data
See our privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. A new version is shown to you at your next sign-in and must be accepted to keep using the portal.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of the place of WABBALABS's registered office, unless your organisation's contract provides otherwise.
